LOCAL OUTREACH PROGRAMS
Agents of Mercy is our church food pantry. Each week members bring donations of food items which are stocked in our missions area and boxed monthly for families in need of help locally. Anyone may receive a box of food items at any time during the week. Items include: Canned fruits, vegetables, soups, ravioli, cereals, oatmeal, spaghetti, macaroni & cheese, crackers, pancake mix, syrup, peanut butter, and other food items.
Backpack Buddy is our program where homeless children in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County receive backpacks each Friday that are filled with food items including poptarts, boxed juice drinks, cereals, crackers, vienna sausages, chicken meat and tuna, cereal bars, etc., that will help them have something to eat over the weekend while not in school.

National Missions
Each year we return to Lost Creek, Kentucky, to visit and work with Riverside Christian School. This school was established by the Brethren Church and we continue to visit to help support the school with supplies and work crews.

National Mission Trips have included a coat drive in Ohio, helping with national disasters in Louisiana and local area mission work. Each year, we are looking for doors opened by God to serve others.

International Missions
Puerto Maldonado, Peru. In Peru we have helped to fund and build an orphanage in the jungle area for children.

We support a local medical mission trip to Honduras each year. We have a group that travels with a larger group from Rockingham Memorial Hospital to help provide needed surgery and medical treatment.
